Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
I am originally from Slovakia, yet already 12 years living as an ex-pat. Started with university studies in Denmark when I was 18, continued to Canada, came back to Denmark, followed my passion in England, and currently, I am based in Sweden for the last three years.
In short, I am really just a girl who followed her heart and intuition towards what is bringing me the biggest joy as well as contribution to this world while living fully my purpose ‒ coaching, mentoring, and teaching through my programs and courses. Besides that, I am a passionate foodie, plant nerd, nature & travel lover, and huge spiritual and personal development junkie obsessed with mysticism, energetics, quantum physics, and everything esoteric.
What is your business name, and how do you help your clients? I am the founder of 'Flourish with Barbora' and my mission is to help heart-centered women in (online) business to run and grow their businesses from the place of pure alignment, connecting to their soul and intuition, aligning to their energy and through healing subconscious limiting stories from their past so that they can run a wildly successful and PROFITABLE business just the way they were divinely designed to and being massively compensated for their gifts. In my work, I am using three main pillars: 1. Human Design, the science of energetics and aura so that my clients can find their unique voice, instead of following one-size-fits-all strategies and methods. 2. Energetics & Epigenetics as our energy is the foundation of everything. I guide my clients on how to shift their energy when there are blocks, how to manage their energy and how to leverage their energy in order to attract clients, cooperation, sales, and revenue. Last, but not least,
3. Through Subconscious reprogramming. I guide my clients to access the deepest parts of the psyche and recognize what is there holding them back from living the life they deeply desire together with providing subconscious mindset techniques to retrain their brain while keeping the frequency high.
What kind of audience do you target your business towards?
I found my passion in serving female spiritual onlinepreneurs, in the lifestyle, health, or wellness industry that want to create Thy New Earth and for them their business is not just about getting paid, but it is a deeper soul mission to express themselves, impact others and play a contributing role in increasing the frequency of the collective and the planet. For those who are done with one-size-fits-all strategies and methods and ready to learn what would make them unique in their services and offerings and grow a business that plays to their core strengths. For women in business who are committed to building their audience and having a greater impact by unlocking their authentic voice.
What are your current goals for your business? /What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?
For me, the biggest joy is to see women in business succeed while they are embodying THEIR TRUE SELVES. When they don't suppress their uniqueness by following 'old' or so-called 'traditional/conventional' strategies and methods that might seem to work for others, but being bold and confident in owning that they are here to do things differently, instead. Serving from their heart and soul rather than from their mind and helping them trust their intuition and themselves in general. That's my goal. To help conscious female leaders become goddesses while sharing their gifts with the world and making the impact they are here to make.
Who inspires you to be the best that you can be? My clients. Hands down. Seeing bravery in women I serve, how they fight to overcome their old paradigms and beliefs in order to overcome the BS and re-create their reality, how they want to be better for themselves as well as for the people they serve further, that's driving me!
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
When I started to face severe health problems working as a chef in a fine-dining restaurant that was what ultimately pushed me to sit down and define what success means for me. I knew I could not keep going as I did. And even though I did not understand it fully back then, I mean there were a lot of things that logically just didn't make sense, later I understood that that was one of my major awakenings when I was redirected to what I was ultimately supposed to do all along. My biggest nightmare back then turned out to be my biggest blessing. Reminder: Always trust that life is unfolding for your highest good.
If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
I think if I could change anything it would be that information about personal development, spirituality, the science of energetics would be accessible to everyone and from a younger age. I find it such a profound education in one's development and evolution that if I would have such power I would make it accessible to all. For now, I am contributing to the world with my voice and those who feel called to it and invite me in, I am forever grateful to and I don't take that task lightly. I go all-in (laugh)! I feel like I am already changing the world, and that was always my dream.
