Some days I feel like I have Bert and Ernie from the Muppets living in my head, my thoughts constantly crashing together or I have so many ideas that I can’t figure out where to start, and after chasing kittens for a while I get distracted or simply give up… this is the Waitrix, the opposite of the Creatrix who manifests and steps into her power as a woman of self-authority.

By firstly recognising that the past only has power if we allow it too; that other people’s opinions of who you should be, act or what's ok for you to have in this world only becomes powerful If you let it and seeing clearly that in every moment we have a choice! A choice for new, a choice to be our own personal point of power, and listen to our inner compass; the one you were born with, that most humans have forgotten about. My friends, you have all you need inside of you, it's time to put the Waitrix aside and step into your deepest magic … the CREATRIX!
Tips and Tools for Creating what you love
Like the meandering of a stream, we move through life from the path of least resistance, this can be calming, wide and open like the blossoming of nature or crazy, a monstrous mayhem like the feeling of trying to get to out of your front door but your stepping on all of your kids play toys!!! I use tools to clear the way, physically, mentally and spiritually.

A woman’s work is NOT what we were told, so much of our work is the “inner work” listening to our soul guidance, we, women are made up so differently to men we cannot function in a linear fashion or follow the same rules in life to create the same results … anyone heard of burn out?
