What made you decide to specialize in Money Mindset?
I’ve not always had a great relationship with money, I’ve had years of overworking and undercharging, spreading myself too thin in the name of a few pounds and it took huge shifts to get to where I am today. It would be a disservice to keep this knowledge, experience, and know-how all to myself.
During my market research I’ve noticed a running theme everywhere I turned, that even though money is a social construct that we’ve created to solve a problem, it has become the number one cause of stress across the world. When in fact, the cause of our stress is the perception that we hold of money and our relationship with money.
And while most come to me with money issues, we dive much deeper into the core root cause and imprint a new belief to support a more expansive financial abundance for the client. It’s fulfilling to know that working on such a deep core level essentially spills into all areas of life, not just my clients’ bank accounts.
You talk a lot about subconscious work and healing work, but isn’t that more therapy and counseling rather than coaching? Aren’t you meant to be focussing on the future rather than the past?
It’s actually a misconception that all coaches focus only on the future. Yes, the end goal may be to achieve a specific desired result, however, depending on your belief system, your mind may actually be working against you. So most people will see this as a money story that they’re doing all of the strategies, yet nothing seems to be creating the result that they desire, and they’re just unsure on why.
The truth is we don’t attract what we desire, we attract what we believe on a deep level that we are worthy of, we attract what we are on a cellular level which to some may be debt and overspending, to others it might be undercharging and overworking.
And without looking at the patterns that have been created in your life, and without looking at the beliefs and perceptions that the client’s created as a child, the client will continue to relive the same money patterns throughout their lives.
As a Matrix Reimprinting Therapist and Practitioner, I’ve received client feedback that the fear to raise their prices and increase their monthly income goal had been completely taken away by addressing the issue at its core, instead of trying to symptom manage the issue and change the outside circumstance, which means the root cause continues to remain beneath the surface, manifesting itself in their reality over and over again until resolved fully.
You’ve mentioned your clients have hit over £20K a month in business and hit £100K this year, yet there is such a stigma on those kinds of numbers not being a sustainable way of growth in business. What’s your take on sustainable growth in business?
We’re at the cusp of a new era where we’re beginning to deconstruct patriarchal ideologies. Making money becomes easy now, we don't have to overwork, overdeliver to make more money. But the value that we can create and the impact that we can make on another’s life can be priceless. So in terms of time, is it sustainable? Absolutely, we can attract the right opportunities and the right people into our businesses that require the exact service and skill that changes the course of their lives in the direction they so desperately desire.
Is it financially sustainable to grow above that, month on month? Absolutely! We’ve now got the opportunity to reach a worldwide audience of 7,846,000,000 right at our fingertips. With more ways than one to serve different levels of clients, right where they are on their journeys.
