You are not just good – you are incredible. I don’t even know where to start when writing about women. It amazes me how much strength they carry, wrapped in such kindness. I truly believe being born with such power and resilience is a privilege. It never fades; in fact, it only grows stronger with time. Sometimes, it may hide deep within, but it is always there.

One wish that comes straight from my heart for all women is this: I hope you realize how incredibly powerful you are. I have even set a reminder on my phone that pops up every few hours to remind me of this truth.
You might appear delicate and kind on the outside, carrying a big smile. No one knows how many storms you are battling while still having the strength to hold everything together.
You may be breaking from every corner, yet you still find the courage to ask someone else, "Is there anything I can do to help you? Are you okay?" Where does so much strength come from?
You are amazing!
My mother, a housewife who single-handedly raised me and my two siblings while my dad, an Army officer, was away most of the time, battled through many difficult situations with a smile. But one situation, in particular, stayed with me: when I had chickenpox, my younger sister had measles, and my elder sister, who was in college, had a severe case of chickenpox. My mother had to make a tough decision to leave us at home and travel to take care of my elder sister, who had college final exams. She had never traveled alone before, and the place where my sister was studying in India – Pune—was completely unfamiliar to her. Yet, she gathered her courage and did what had to be done.
We, as women, often make the hardest decisions in times of crisis, yet we sometimes doubt ourselves. Am I good enough? Am I really that good? Will I be able to make that tough decision? Will I be able to take that risk?
Of course, you can!
You just need to light up that fire within you, the fire that has been overshadowed by the voices around you, telling you that you can’t. Somehow, that noise crept into your mind, sank into your heart, and spread through every part of you.
Put on your noise-cancelling headphones, take a moment, and stand in front of the mirror. Look deep into your eyes, gently close them, and replay your day. What do you see?
A woman doing countless chores, running from pillar to post to give the best to her loved ones, giving her all at work, racing to pick up the kids, cooking dinner, folding clothes, making sure the kids finish their homework and assignments, managing large teams at work, and giving presentations to executives. And through it all, there are moments when she feels overwhelmed, exhausted—perhaps even shedding a tear. But she pulls herself together and does what has to be done.
Won’t you call this woman a superwoman?
You are a creature of life; you nurture and nourish the baby to become a fine person who can take on any challenges that come their way. You teach them to be kind and gentle, lead by example, and patiently listen when they say, "I have a question for you." You answer all their questions and nurture all relationships, whether at home or work. You make a house a home with your love embedded in everything. All you want is for your loved ones to be healthy and happy. You are soft and delicate on the inside and firm on the outside. When it comes to your family, nothing is easy or difficult; if something needs to be done, it needs to be done.
You have every right to feel powerful and believe you can do anything you want. You make things happen.
