An interview with Global Wealth Innovation Strategist, Krystylle Richardson

Here at BRAINZ magazine, we were thrilled to have a moment to spend with one of our newest Executive Contributors to talk about Creativity and Innovation. This is none other than the JUMPOLOGIST herself, Global Innovation Strategist Krystylle Richardson from the U.S.

Here is the interview; we hope you not only enjoy it but gather some great nuggets for immediate implementation, just as our team has.

Krystylle, what questions do you ask your client base to get their minds wrapped around creative thinking in general?

Thank you for the great question. Here are a few ways I want to explore a few answers to this question: Do you have a mind that is always thinking about how things are made? Have you ever thought about something and checked the internet to see if it already existed? What about saying to yourself, there must be a better way to do XYZ? If you have said yes to any of the above, you are in the right place. I am not saying that the right place is here reading this article, but rather the right place in the world. Study after study has shown that creative people do better in business and life. Being able to "figure things out" is one characteristic that employers look for; it is what people sometimes look for in a mate, and "figuring things out" is what makes the world work daily. We are over seven billion people either troubleshooting, figuring things out, or being frustrated by not being able to. Can you resonate with that on either the sides of being happy that you figured something out or being ready to scream because you scratched your head one too many times trying to understand an issue?

Very interesting. So Krystylle, why do you feel that Creativity is the next Global Currency, and what should this mean to our readers?

I want to have our readers consider this. Creativity is indeed the next global currency. It is sometimes amazing to think that I have traveled to over 32 countries in my 57 years of existence. For some, that may seem like a lot, and to others, maybe not a lot at all. I appreciate the number of places I've been because it has given me an exciting and humbling perspective on this idea I had about creativity as a global currency. You see, each day that we wake up, we have the opportunity to fall into the rut of doing things the same as they have been done before. Let's look at some examples:

  • Taking the same path to the sink to brush our teeth

  • Taking a bath or shower using the same soap

  • Cooking the same breakfast

  • Combing our hair in the same hairstyle as usual (if we have hair – smile)

  • Wearing the same combination of clothing that we normally wear

  • Driving the same route to the office

  • Making decisions in our business the same way we have for years

  • Invest in the same stock categories as we have the past three years

  • And well, hopefully you get the idea.

So if we think of our entire life as a playground for creativity, for instance, what are some ways that we can immediately implement this new mindset?

To implement this new mindset, we can train our brains by starting fresh tomorrow morning. What if we decided that tomorrow when we rise from our beds, we will use our new currency in at least one area of life? What if we peeled our heads from the pillows and were determined to be "creativity rich" that day?

Here we go with our new day:

  1. Still brushing teeth in the same way, plus add a few other directions to gain better coverage. Think about if your toothbrush is doing the job for you. Are there others out there that would work better? If not, maybe you could design one that has the type of coverage you need. Another tooth brushing tip, do a dance or a few squats to get a few moments of exercise in. Turn this into a portion of an online course on exercise creativity.

  2. Used a minty fresh soap that exfoliates rather than just cleans. Think about aligning with a brand you like, and contacting them as a sponsor for your podcast or streaming TV show.

  3. Cook a breakfast that is plant-based or uses different spices than normal – create a new dish and try it out on family and friends. Talk about this amazing new dish on social media and create a buzz, that can help people have more diversity in their meals.

  4. Wear a few colors that you have never tried before – create a new outfit trend. Think about starting a YouTube channel to highlight your new outfits, line-up a fan base a start an online store.

  5. Take a different route to the office and see some other trees, new stores, and cool houses. Keep an eye out, you might just find a place that has some great discounts.

  6. Bring an intern in or a person from a different department and have them sit in on a meeting. Ask them their thoughts on possible ways to look at ways of improving the issue discussed. Ask them what they would do differently. Build this creative thinking method into your regular operating mechanisms, and see what comes out of it once people get used to the concept.

  7. Another one related to business, submit a survey for consideration to our site www.statscollective.com and join us to collect global data inputs for your next new product introduction. After all, understanding what people want and why is always great to include another data point for you.

  8. Research a new company that has been showing up in your news feeds, research NFT's and other new ways people make money, for instance. Determine the risk level and think about making at least a small investment in something new, depending on your risk tolerance.

Krystylle, your list of eight is amazing. During our interview, you mentioned something about Creativity Breeds Creativity. Our staff has found this intriguing. Can you share how you came up with that and guide our readers on how this can be used in their everyday life?

I will be writing additional articles regarding creativity. Based on your question, let's look at the idea in the title: Creativity as a Global Currency. By doing a few seemingly simple creativity exercises, we have taken a few steps towards exercising muscles that can and will pay dividends for years to come. One quote of mine is that Creativity Breeds Creativity. This means Creativity is Transferrable. I have been creative since childhood; taking apart my brother's toys and making new/novel ones, just as he did to mine. I would also use scraps of wood, metal, wheels, screws, and more from the garage to create my exciting version of a go-cart hybrid scooter. We probably should have considered getting some of the toys and scooters patented that we made back then. That is a lesson learned now and one that I work with my clients on. I help with the preliminary patent details, design, development, risk reviews, and sourcing so they can submit for patents with ease. These inventions, once launched, can end up yielding a nice stream of income and even set you up to sell the design, license it, or more, depending on the types of offers that come your way. Some people I consult have stated that they are not creative and that they are not inventors. After one session with me, or sometimes two or three, we have outlined a number of things that are patentable could be trademarked or copyrighted. The truth is, the world is full of innovators; some of them just don't know it yet. I am known as a global innovator because I have chosen to tap into my creative juices and to keep them flowing. People come to me with multimillion-dollar proposals, as well as to ask a few questions to bounce things off of me for some quick inputs. I have consulted lots behind the scenes for those who chose to keep it that way. Others are more than willing to give testimonials.

Thank you for that, Krystylle. So if we want to translate the day-to-day creativity and innovation exercise that you gave us into the corporate world, how does it work?

It translates very quickly, as long as we keep an open mind. The canvas we are given daily can take us anywhere if we allow our thoughts time to breathe and create.

The point is creativity is a gift. Corporations need it. Corporations need you. Moms and dads, your children need you to be creative also. Figuring out how to make meals with four ingredients when the recipe calls for nine, makes you a creative. Those skills can translate into industry.

We should all seek to understand it, use it, protect the truly new and novel with the proper intellectual property mechanisms, and keep creating. I was just on a global summit yesterday; the organizer mentioned how she has always appreciated my innovative ideas. What do people say about your ideas? Are you "creativity rich", or poor? It is never too late to start building up your creativity currency and your creativity reputation. Start by changing your daily routine. Our online university can also help you with that, where I will be teaching the techniques I've used for years, but now on an online platform. I can not wait to share those with you on how you can register as I write future articles. I have made lots of money and fostered great relationships with people of all economic levels by unleashing my creativity. You can too. Besides, it is also amazingly fun to see your creations and those of the people you have mentored to do the same. It would be great to hear from you at www.LifeInnovationGlobal.com to hear how you are upping your game and skills to be more "creativity rich." Feel free to reach out and send me a list of three things you have done after reading this to step up your creativity. All who email and put "creativity rich" in the subject line, with the three things they have done differently due to this article, will have their email addresses put into a drawing to receive a free e-book on "5 Ways to Breathe Creativity and Innovation into Your Mind, Business and Life to generate more Joy, Fun, and Finances."

Now, just take a moment to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Take a few moments to think about what you are thinking about. Then, think about how much more wonderful this world would be if it had a few of your creations in it. Keep your eyes closed until you feel a creation coming on that the world could use. Remember to think outside the box about a solution. This is a trap, though, right? Guess what; there is no box. That's right. There is no box. The only boxes that exist are the ones we create in our minds. I chose to live boxless. How about you, do you want to join me? I hope that this has not caused you to have your eyes closed for so long that you fell asleep – smile.

Wow Krystylle, we are excited about your above answer and this next question. Our interview team has mentioned that you are extremely gifted and fortunate to work with corporations and individuals around the globe to help them identify new technologies, new business ideas, new product designs, and new ways to create streams of income. Can you tell us about the four huge initiatives that you have to bring about positive impact in the world? We know that we will be hearing more about them in your coming articles, but we would love a sneak peek. What do you have going on, Krystylle?

Oh yes, yes yes. Well, I am excited also. Everything I do is innovation-based. I can not help it, I suppose. The first one is, The School of Innovation with Ron Klein; he is an inventor and holds one of the patents for the magnetic strip on the back of the credit card that we all carry today, he is the inventor of technology that is used on Wall Street still, as well as many other inventions including QR code applications and more. This school has developed curriculum that is being taught in summits globally and has moved to a mastermind forum for 2022. The Richardson Klein Innovation Series is something that is relevant and needed in the world right now. Taking the experiences and wisdom of two long-time creatives, harnessing the wisdom to pack it into bite-size pieces for new and seasoned business owners and entrepreneurs is what we do. Simply put, we review your inventions, and make them better with sometimes small innovative adjustments. We can be reached at LifeInnovationGlobal.com to schedule either a private consult or to sign up for our bi-monthly mastermind on topics such as: how to get from an idea to a viable business, start-ups do's and don'ts, understanding the best business entity for your idea, inventions help, intellectual property ins and outs, mindset, leadership and many more topics. We love the Napoleon Hill mastermind approach because we can have the group give inputs and listen as we focus in on one person’s project. We take joy in what we do and like to make the sessions both fun and informative to take you from start-up all the way to sustainability and profitability as you decide whether to keep the business or execute a pre-defined exit strategy. Ron is in his 80's, and I am in my 50's. We have a blast when filming our course modules, streaming TV segments and enjoy seeing our clients and students have the light bulb come on when they have an ah-ha moment, a breakthrough, a shift. We would love to have you join us.

Exciting news parts two and three are related to our education programs: Another exciting initiative is our Life Innovation Global Ambassador program that partners with our all-female elite advisor board called Women of Impact and Innovation International. I have gathered the best of the best of multi-cultural women in various industries to also mentor young men and women as part of our multi-nation Nex Gen Innovators program. Ron Klein will be a part of this mentorship along with numerous business moguls in my JUMP Millionaire Billionaire Alliance. For information on how to have your youth or young adult up to age 29 apply, go to www.LifeInnovationGlobal.com and get more information on the women's innovation initiatives at www.WomenoIII.com.

Exciting news part four is related to my next books that are launching this year: The above are two very powerful initiatives that were recently launched during a global summit with Don Green, the Chief Executive Officer of The Napoleon Hill Foundation. Don is a dear friend and has supported me and our various initiatives for the past 3 years. Don is also the author of the forward for one of my new books coming out this year, "The 51 Powerful P's of Public Speaking." I can't wait for that one to be released, along with a few more for this year, including one to give steps for mindset shifting using my technique and trademarked word Innovaligy ™. Helping people on a daily basis to unpack their minds of the blockages, and then go from creative to cash flow is very exciting indeed.

Krystylle we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your beautiful mind with our readers. We eagerly await your next article. Do you have any final comments or insight to leave with us?

Thank you for the opportunity to share. My mission is no legacy unreached. My life's purpose is to play a part in the lives of at least 1 billion people to re-image and live a life aligned with abundance fueled by innovation and creativity as a lifestyle. With that in mind, let's explore your new currency day. Let us explore what a little creativity could do for your mindset, your health, your outlook on life, and how others view you. Let us explore the brightness of your eyes as you create and as they light with the excitement of being "creativity rich." Then, let’s find ways to put a six or seven more figures in your bank account while we are at it.

Lastly, I would like to say thank you for the interview, it was fun. I look forward to connecting with the readers and providing further mentorship or, as a speaker at their upcoming events on innovation, mindset, and leadership. Until then, let's keep being creative. When we shift our mindset, we shift our destiny. Let's keep the shift and re-imagine our lives aligned with abundance, while we create legacy, together.
