Reaching your goals comes in stages and in 1% shifts that stack up day after day to a completely different life! Here are 3 action steps you can start to implement on a daily basis to dramatically change the trajectory of your goals in the next year!

Get out of survival mode:

  • Understand and regulate your nervous system: Recognize when you're in fight or flight mode and practice techniques to shift into a calmer state. Techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, or meditation can be helpful.

  • Move into rest and digest mode: Create habits that promote relaxation, such as regular exercise, proper sleep, and activities that bring you joy and peace. This helps to control your thoughts and avoid being overwhelmed by stress.

Take time daily to visualize the highest version of yourself:

  • Set clear goals: Define where you want to be in a year or a specific timeframe. Make these goals specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

  • Visualization: Spend time each day visualizing your future self living out those goals. This helps to align your subconscious mind with your aspirations and can make it easier to take actions that lead towards your desired outcomes.

Journal everyday to separate your feelings from facts:

  • Emotional awareness: Journaling can help you understand and separate your emotions (ego) from objective facts (soul). Reflecting on your experiences allows you to gain insight into your thought patterns and emotional responses.

  • Problem-solving: Use journaling as a tool to analyze challenges objectively. By distinguishing between emotions and facts, you can approach problem-solving with a clearer perspective.

Incorporating these practices into your daily routine may indeed contribute to significant positive changes in your life. It's essential to be consistent and patient, as personal transformation often takes time and dedication.
