Imposter Syndrome:
Understanding imposter syndrome is the first step to overcoming it.
It's most common in people who have grown up in home with domestic violence or substance abuse. Or as a result of any consistent conflict such as criticism or abandonment.
Yet, it's completely possible for you to overcome this with the tools you have at your fingertips today.
Let's break it down even further. Imposter syndrome is your perception of how capable you are. And sometimes it's your perception of how capable you are in comparison to someone else.
One process of reminding yourself of how amazing you are is to:
Write down your limiting thought for eg. "I don't know if anyone will sign up, and if they sign up, I just don't know if they'll receive value from it."
Write down the opposite of that thought, in the positive and the present tense
Find 3 things that prove your positive statement to be true.

Upgrade your Belief System:
You cannot create a new reality with the same consciousness you've created this one.

Notice the sensations in your body. Are the sensations ones of fear? Are they constricting sensations of lack mentality?
What thoughts run through your mind?
Are those thoughts your truth?
OR are they fear based trying to keep you in your comfort zone?
And we all know nothing grows in comfort zones.
Whenever you’re about to make any decision, you’ll get two conflicting voices in your head:
1. Your most empowered and expansive version of yourself will want you to go for it. Because you KNOW that you’ll get so much out of it and you’ll grow into the next level of yourself and your growth.
2. Your fear based ego will remind you of ALL the things that could go wrong. And of all the bad experiences you’ve been in the past financially, and try to keep you small. And keep you stuck where you know it is safe.
You have the power to choose who you listen to. And by having awareness over the thoughts and emotions, you get to choose what you actually want. Just by doing this, you raise your consciousness and make a decision based on where you’re heading, not where you’ve already been or are right now.
