Upping your self-worth is a part of your personal development journey. It starts with realising that you have been settling for less, sacrificing your happiness and your dreams for the benefit of others.

Now, here comes the question, are you willing to go through your own darkness so you can change your life and shift yourself into a different dimension of knowing your worth and attracting what you believe that you deserve as a result of it?

It is not something that you can acquire in 5 steps. It is reprogramming of your whole holistic being that requires consistency, accountability and determination.

I hope this article empowers you to take action towards your own journey and helps you see how transformative this decoding of how you feel about yourself is.

1. You respect yourself and you teach others how to respect you.

You don’t owe anything to anyone. You set your boundaries in your personal life and your professional one. You are loud and clear about your limits ensuring you live according to what’s true to you.

2. You have nothing to prove.

Whether someone knows you or not, you know that you have nothing to prove. You let people think whatever they choose to believe. It has nothing to do with you. Your energy is too precious to be spending it worrying about validation from others. This is your life, your decision, your journey. The only approval that you need is your own.

3. You recognize your potential.

You understand that your only limit to getting what you want is yourself. The more you work on yourself, the more miracles and magic you attract in your life. You are committed to your self-love journey by investing time, energy and money in bettering yourself. You are a walking example of this transformation, by choosing yourself more and more every day, you enable others to choose themselves and their happiness as well.

4. You have raised your standards in every area of your life and you don’t allow yourself to settle for less than what you deserve.

Your level of deservingness dictates everything that is going on in your life. It is a measure of how much value you put on yourself. You understand that the way you feel about yourself determines everything that you do, people you meet, jobs you have or don’t have, situations you engage with, and the quality of life you live.

5. You are aware that no one is perfect and you fully accept yourself the way you are.

You accept yourself, you also acknowledge that you are in the never-ending school of life embracing your setbacks and learning from them. Your job is to show up for yourself and become the best version you can be.

6. You work on your mind as much as you work on your body.

You are an interconnected holistic system. You no longer live in a disconnection from your feminine body. You train your body and you train your mind. You invest in your body and you invest in your mind. You reclaim your feminine divine power and you integrate it into your being. You live mindfully and present in the now, grateful for what you already have.

7. You cultivate a sense of self and your inner happiness.

You are grounded in who you are. You trust yourself and the higher power. It allows you to make risky decisions despite the fear and create new opportunities for yourself. You follow your heart and you listen to your intuition. You explore yourself building your unique identity based on what you love and believe in.

8. You have become a confident badass woman and you are no longer afraid to take what’s yours.

Despite the hardships and setbacks, you have raised above them and you have learned from the past. You surround yourself with like-minded supportive people. Upping your self-worth builds your self-confidence. No matter what you do or where you are, you trust that you will figure it out. You got you.

9. You don’t allow yourself to be stuck in one place.

You are in love with your evolution. You are more self-aware. You recognize your own self-limiting beliefs and fears that keep you stuck. You get out of your way to tackle them and you reach out for support when you have to.

10. You follow your dreams and your purpose.

Knowing your worth means believing in your child-like dreams again, you know this is your direction for your higher purpose therefore you are ready to take action on manifesting your vision. You are on a mission to discover your true purpose. You don’t settle and you don’t give up on finding out what lights you up.

As you can see, all those points are super connected. One result leads to another building a completely new space for you. It’s key to identify the root cause of your low self-worth and get curious about what’s beneath the surface so you can start building your new powerful inner world.

Working on yourself in this way will build your unshakeable confidence in who you are and what you deserve allowing you to manifest your deepest desires and live a fulfilled life.
