Tomas is a highly driven entrepreneur shooting for the stars! His entrepreneurial journey started in his early teens when he’d sell chocolate bars and sweets to friends at school. What began as a simple break-time hustle quickly evolved into a serious operation, complete with pre-orders over BBM and a network of friends selling on his behalf. However, like many young entrepreneurs, his first venture’s profits were spent on gaming consoles and trainers.

At 16, Tomas left school with fewer qualifications than most, unsure of his future. Fortunately, he had been training in Jiu Jitsu since the age of five, and his coach offered him a job at a small martial arts club. This was Tomas’s first exposure to running a small business. Soon after, he was running a satellite gym with 30 kids, coaching weekly, and learning how to deal with paying customers—all while navigating his own insecurities and lack of experience.

By 17, Tomas got a job at Tesco to save for a car. Six months later, he had the car—and promptly quit his job, vowing never to work for anyone else again. With his “not-so-fancy” new whip, Tomas opened his first full-time martial arts club 40 minutes from home. Within two years, he expanded to a second location, amassing over 200 members. But when the pandemic hit, everything changed, and Tomas lost 70% of his members overnight.

Faced with a crossroads, Tomas used this setback as an opportunity to dive deep into marketing. With no money to his name, he taught himself the ropes and landed his first £500/month client within three months. By the end of the year, Tomas had 10 clients and a solid reputation for delivering results.

Fast forward to 2024, and Tomas is combining his wealth of knowledge in marketing and small business to help others succeed. Choros.io was born out of his desire to make getting online and growing a local business less risky, more affordable, and easier for small business owners. With a strong vision and an ever-growing toolbox of resources, Tomas is on a mission to help others build security and growth in an increasingly digital world.
