Tammy Fogarty is a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Nutritionist who aims to empower wellness through nutrition. With 25 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve their health goals through personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle modifications. Tammy's compassionate approach and evidence-based strategies have earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional care to her clients. Her commitment to empowering others to lead healthier lives shines through in every aspect of her work.
 
Tammy earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees, including a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University. Throughout her career, she worked in various settings, including clinical nutrition, community nutrition, and her private practice, About Thyme Nutrition. Tammy helps clients with various nutritional needs, from managing chronic conditions to achieving weight loss and creating a healthy lifestyle. In addition, she works with her clients to create customized nutrition plans that fit their unique lifestyles, preferences, and goals.
 
Additionally, Tammy serves as the Dean of Health and Human Performance at Parker University, where she is dedicated to educating future generations of healthcare professionals in the principles of functional medicine, integrative health, and research.
 
Beyond her work in nutrition, Tammy practices yoga daily and earned her 200-hour teaching certification. She lives in South Florida with her husband, Rob, and their two dogs, Molly and Mugsy. They enjoy their time cooking, boating, staying fit, and traveling. Tammy and Rob love spending time with friends and their growing family, including Rob’s two kids, David and Lisa, daughter-in-law Alex, son-in-law Daniel, and two beautiful grandchildren, Emma and Johnny.
