Sonia Hopkins is a licensed professional counselor and trauma therapist, holistic healer, registered yoga teacher, and the founder of Horizons Holistic Healing, a private practice dedicated to mind-body-spirit integration and deep, lasting, healing. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, Sonia specializes in trauma recovery, inner child work, and somatic healing, offering a compassionate and transformative approach to therapy. She is trained in EMDR and other evidence based modalities that help clients release and integrate stored trauma to allow them to step into their most empowered selves.
 
Beyond her therapy practice, Sonia is also the visionary behind Lucky Lady Coaching where she helps women harness the power of feminine energetics to cultivate self-discovery, confidence, and personal growth - in all aspects of life. Her coaching work is rooted in the belief that true transformation comes from aligning with one's intuition, energy, and unique inner wisdom.
 
With a background in both Western traditional psychotherapy and Eastern influences of holistic healing, Sonia merges neuroscience, somatic work, intuitive and ancestral practices, as well as personal empowerment strategies to create profound shifts for her clients.
 
Whether through therapy or coaching, her mission is to bridge the gap between science and spirituality and help individuals break free from limiting patterns, heal deeply, and design lives filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity.
