Sivani Ishaya is a globally recognized Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation coach with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals toward holistic health and inner balance. She holds a Master’s degree in Ayurveda and teaches life and wellness coaching courses at Maharishi International University, integrating mindfulness, meditation, and ancient Ayurvedic principles into daily life.

Sivani’s journey into wellness began with yoga, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of how movement and breathwork can transform physical and mental health. Over the years, she expanded her expertise to include meditation and wellness coaching, empowering her clients to tap into their inner wisdom, manage stress, and cultivate sustainable well-being. With 15 years of teaching meditation, Sivani has helped countless individuals unlock their full potential, enhance their focus, and lead more intentional lives.

Her approach combines ancient wisdom with practical tools, offering a holistic view of health that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. In addition to her one-on-one guidance, Sivani offers online courses, workshops, and community resources that help her clients implement lasting change. Her work emphasizes the importance of mindful eating, self-care, and tuning into the body’s signals for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
