My name is Sabine Simbi, I had an anxiety attack in 2017.
An accountant and secretary by training, I worked in the administration in Belgium.
Following my anxiety attack, I did some research and realized that there were some strains and a lack of modernity in the platforms.
Of course, there are platforms for connecting with professionals, and that give us access to information and events towards mental health.

That's why I decided to create a complete solution, called mybff.be
A platform dedicated to anxiety, which includes a chatbot that will guide people to information solutions, connection to professionals and a mental health marketplace.
MyBFF.BE is a freemium platform, the connection to professionals and information on anxiety is free.
On the other hand, the Matching test, the various B2B partnerships and the products that will be found on the B2C wellness market will be paid.
