Rosie Elvin
Coaching, Workplace Training
Rosie's main focus is supporting adults with ADHD in Higher Education or the workplace, through her ADHD Coaching for Adults services, awareness talks and e books and video courses.
She specialises in coaching individuals in creative industries and academia who have received an ADHD diagnosis or exhibit traits associated with ADHD in their adulthood.
At the age of 43, Rosie finally received confirmation of her ADHD. She realised ADHD wasn't solely a source of frustrating traits; it was responsible for her strengths, drive and unique perspective, and can be the same for others.
As more adults are diagnosed with ADHD later in life, her extensive 16 years of experience teaching at University level and working in the design industry, uniquely positions me her to understand and address the challenges faced by adults navigating ADHD.
