I was born in Turrbal Country, which is known today as Brisbane, Australia. I come from a family whose ancestral roots extend across the oceans, grounding me in a deep heritage that has always resonated within me. My life’s purpose is to facilitate transformative change and nurture love—within individuals, communities, and the new generations that are growing our future.

My journey has been profoundly shaped by both my educational pursuits and my lived experiences—experiences that encompass pain, acceptance, and the profound growth that motherhood brings. These life events have illuminated my path, guiding me to my true calling: sharing the essence of Inner Renewal with the community and offering love and healing to the world.

From a very early age, I felt a profound connection to nature and the spiritual realm. This connection has always been a part of me, a sacred gift that I have honoured throughout my life. It was this bond with the natural world that guided me into the world of floristry at just 16 years old. Floristry became my first medium of expression, allowing me to convey complex emotions—love, celebration, grief, and renewal—through the beauty of flowers. By the age of 22, I had established my own floristry business. Over the next two decades, I dedicated myself to creating beauty and meaning through the art of flowers. This work allowed me to touch many lives, using floristry as a means to honour life’s most significant moments.

However, my journey has not been without its share of trials. I have experienced the heartache of family separation, the trauma of rape and sexual abuse, the pain of losing loved ones to drug overdoses, and the challenges of chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and toxic relationships.

These experiences have forced me to confront my pain and embark on a path of deep inner healing. Finding unconditional love and health has not always come easily, but through determination and self-reflection, I have learned the transformative power of doing the necessary inner work and prioritising my mental health as an investment for the quality of my life.

This journey has defined my "why." It is the reason I am so deeply committed to creating and holding space for others—so they, too, can find the freedom to reach their full potential. I am here to guide people at every stage of life, helping them make healthy choices, cultivate positive mindsets, and build nourishing relationships.

Through personalized therapy, comprehensive programs, and dynamic workshops, I offer individuals the tools and insights needed to overcome obstacles and move forward with clarity and confidence. My mission is to connect people with themselves and with each other in a space of healthy love, fostering true understanding and healing.
