As the Founder and Board President of Serving Up Support: Maine, Nio is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in the hospitality sector. Her organization focuses on providing essential resources and support to empower industry professionals, ensuring they have access to the tools needed to thrive in high-stress environments. Under her leadership, Serving Up Support: Maine collaborates with key partners like The Burnt Chef Project, The Safe Space Alliance, and Recovery Friendly Workplace Maine to deliver impactful mental health training and resources.
