Niketa's believes that her Ikigai (Life Purpose) is to serve others to develop their unconditional love for themselves, which will in turn improve their relationships and manifest a happier life in all areas.
 
Her call to become a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach transpired after facing her own fair share of set backs in her personal life. These included a tough, health battle where Niketa experienced paralysis, resulting in the loss of her teaching job and a psychologically abusive relationship, leading to a six year divorce battle where she fought for her children and her home.

Niketa once felt as though she was continually being broken down, only to have to build herself up again, but her unwavering faith and determination has allowed her to triumph over the adversities she has encountered. She has learnt to view these life experiences as valuable gifts that have moulded and enabled her to grab the reins to ride through her adverse times. These precious lessons have enthused her to want to guide others too, with the tools she has encountered on her own journey of self-love and discovery.

Niketa recognises the hardships others face too and states that "While we cannot always choose what happens to us, we can choose how we respond to these situations by suurendering to the outcomes with trust, faith and acceptance."

Niketa has supported countless individuals to learn to dance with life, by helping them to dive deep to process their trauma and pain and to propel them to create a newer, more grander version of themselves. Her passion is to empower others! She teaches her clients to fall in love with themselves so that others fall in love with them too!
 
Niketa states, "When you become an embodiment of love, you vibrate at a higher frequency, which then allows you to become a magnet for miracles too! I utilise mirror work, to get to the root of your limiting beliefs, help you to identify your negative self-talk and teach you to affirm a new belief system, so that you can create a more healthier and nurturing way of thinking and being."
 
Niketa continues to work with a number of people and via the adoption of self-love, she has helped them manifest their greatest life, which includes love, great health and money too! She makes this posible by shifting her client's narrative and helping them to write their new life story!
