The turning point in Natalie’s life arrived when she hit rock bottom in her corporate career and health, and realized that in order for things to change, she had to change. She decided to lead herself, one decision at a time, toward her life vision.

At the age of 35, she was introduced to an opportunity to launch a sales organization in the Direct Selling Industry with a Global Health & Wellness company. Despite holding a demanding position in the corporate world and recovering from burnout, she said yes! Intuitively, she knew that this new venture held the potential for something really big in her life.

Fast forward 22 years, Natalie now owns a global sale organization and ranks in the top 0.1% of her company.

However, life took an unexpected turn when Natalie received a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, marking the beginning of a new chapter. This is when she was called to redefine the narrative. Recognized as a leader within her Direct Selling company, she transformed into the leadHER of her own life. Evolving beyond her role as an inspiring businesswoman within the company, she became a leadHER ready to ignite inspiration throughout the world.

Understanding the critical importance to lead yourself in health, life, and business, Natalie set out to empower women to gain clarity on their true desires and courageously pursue their goals, one decision at a time. The mission led to the creation of the leadHER movement.

Through her journey of transformation, Natalie realized that whatever challenges one may face in life, being the leadHER extends far beyond personal success; it serves as a powerful force for empowering others.
