Dr. Monika Stuczen, PhD, MSc, is a Medical Microbiologist with nearly two decades of research experience in both academic and industrial settings. She is a recognized leader, educator, and advocate in microbiology, particularly in the study of the gut microbiome and its influence on health. She is a firm advocate for mindfulness and believes that chronic stress and an unhealthy microbiome are primary contributors to cancer development and many other serious disease. After being diagnosed with cancer in 2020, undergoing two surgeries and radiotherapy, she experienced prolonged weakness and struggled to recover for many months. Despite trying various conventional food supplements and diets, none were effective until she discovered Functional medicine and Ayurvedic practices. These practices led to a significant improvement in her condition within weeks, with increased energy levels and normalized blood tests.
