Meg Stewart is a compassionate leader, writer, and speaker dedicated to cultivating an emotionally intelligent future generation. With a master’s degree and extensive experience in public health, Meg channels her expertise in emotional intelligence, leadership, and wellness to guide individuals through life’s complexities and foster resilience in the face of adversity. As a certified Wilderness Medicine instructor, hiking guide, yoga teacher, and Leave No Trace advocate, she empowers others to navigate both the natural world and their internal landscapes with clarity, authenticity, and respect.

Passionate about breaking down barriers, Meg is committed to providing access to healthcare, the outdoors, and other vital resources to underserved communities. As chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at a local school, she fosters inclusive environments where people of all backgrounds can thrive. A devoted mother and advocate, Meg’s personal experiences fuel her dedication to helping others lead with purpose, resilience, and compassion. She believes in the ripple effect of emotional intelligence, knowing that the collective strength of humanity is built through kindness, empathy, and equitable access to essential opportunities.
