Matthew Bambrick is a visionary leader in youth sports and the CEO and Founder of Southern California Youth Sports Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the landscape of grassroots sports. With a background rooted in child development and evidence-based coaching, Matthew has spent his career redefining how children experience sports.
 
After years of working alongside top academy coaches and contributing to elite player development programs, Matthew became increasingly aware-through research and experience-that many grassroots programs rely on outdated training models and fundamental misunderstanding of how children learn and grow. This realization led hinm to establish SoCal Youth Sports Solutions, a movement focussed on creating environments where kids can develop through play, exploration and professional coaching rooted in modern child development principles.
 
Under his leadership SoCal Youth Sports has introduced innovative formats like Nanosoccer and development-first, leagues that nurture confidence creativity and a lifelong love of sport. Matthew's approach bridges research with practice, providing all children-regardless of background-with access to engaging, modern, and impactful sports experiences.
 
Through his work, he is inspiring parents, coaches and communities to reimagine youth sports and move beyond outdated formulas. His mission: to help every child thrive on and off the field
