Mary Zhang
OT/ADHD Coach | Founder Hesed ADHD
Coach Mary Zhang is the founder of Hesed ADHD, an online platform that is dedicated to supporting ADHDers and their loved ones in cultivating a deeper understanding and awareness of their unique brain wiring, empowering them to thrive with confidence and resilience. Coach Mary’s inspiration to create Hesed ADHD stems from her personal experience of being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Through her own journey — navigating the challenges of finding support that actually works — she discovered the transformative power of ADHD Coaching as one of the most effective tools for driving change and taking meaningful action in her life.
Coach Mary has a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, and is an experienced and licensed Occupational Therapist in both Canada (BC) and the US (WA). Additionally, Coach Mary is a trained ADHD Coach from the accredited ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and an authorized ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. As a fellow ADHDer, combined with her professional experience and extensive training, Coach Mary utilizes a compassionate, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed holistic approach that is tailored by her client’s roadmap/intentions.
Coach Mary currently offers virtual ADHD Coaching and/or Occupational Therapy for adults from diverse backgrounds across Canada, the US, and Worldwide, with extensive experience in working with creatives, professionals, college students, and the elderly. She also holds a deep understanding for individuals of cross-cultural backgrounds and those of the Christian faith.
