Who is Marie?

Have you ever felt that moment when you're questioning yourself, wondering, what the hell am I doing?

But suddenly, it happens. Everything falls into place. The answers are there within you, with a little help from others.

I am one of many faces.
I am a woman, mom, daughter, sister, worker, leader, and partner.
And now, I am an ACC coach according to the ICF organisation, working towards certification. I'm also developing in my own growth in many areas.
And I love it.

As a coach, I help people find their answers within themselves. How great is that?
It's so powerful and beautiful to see people make changes in their lives and live with their goals in sight. Despite the fear that comes with change, I see the courage that releases something so powerful — themselves.

Everything starts within and continues growing. It's fantastic to be a part of that in coaching. Something shifts in the mindset and releases power and energy for clients to take forward steps.

I have had obstacles in my life as well — I'm human, just like you.
Let me tell you about one of my most terrifying ones.

My daughter, then one of two, 17 years old, got the deadly coronavirus in 2020. She had multiple blood clots in both lungs. She was hovering between life and death, confined and connected to tubes. She was very ill for three months. As a parent, it was my worst nightmare.

To make a long story short, she survived — and I’m so grateful every day for life and for my kids. I’ve got five.

What does this have to do with coaching, you might think?
Overcoming challenges, coping with fear and pain. That, my friend, is life — and it hits you in all sorts of ways.
