Lenka was born in a small town in the Czech Republic and lived the life of a competitive ballroom dancer while working as a nurse in one of Prague’s biggest hospitals; she saw and experienced first-hand how crucial our lifestyle and diet are in relation to our health.
She has been living in Dublin since 2006 and has been working worldwide, mostly online.
Lenka expended her qualification of being a nurse and having a BA degree in sports management and training, by completing a diploma in nutritional therapy in 2012 and setting up her own nutritional coaching business, PlantHappyGirl.
After studying plant-based nutrition, specifically at T Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies, she is dedicated to helping her clients embrace a nutrient-dense plant-based diet as a lifestyle, not a diet.
She runs group programs and offers highly individualized one-to-one sessions to help people dismantle limiting beliefs around food and their health. She supports clients in creating healthy eating habits that are sustainable and easy to follow while creating an empowering mindset around their bodies and health.
