Kristin Smedley is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of clinical experience in the healthcare industry. As a certified nurse coach through the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy (INCA) and certified Menopause Health Specialist through Medfit, Kristin is dedicated to supporting women through the perimenopause/menopause transition and beyond. Kristin's extensive background in patient advocacy, care management and home health has given her a broad understanding of the healthcare system and the challenges patients face. After navigating her own challenges during perimenopause and menopause, she realized the need for a more comprehensive approach to menopause care. This led her to shift from bedside nursing to coaching, where she could offer personalized and holistic support to women leading to the origin of Daffodil Pathways Transformational Coaching. Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a transformational coach and has become a trusted coach in women's health. In 2024 she created a personalized program called ReNewal using transformational coaching, mindfulness, movement and holistic nutrition, with an approach rooted in empathy, compassion and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges women face during menopause. Her intention and mission is to empower women, giving them confidence and clarity to move forward with ease and vitality and ensure that no woman feels alone or unheard.
