She is an engaging speaker with a natural passion for sharing compelling stories, references, and rich personal experiences. She excels at bridging the gap between science and spirituality, delivering her wisdom in a practical context that inspires, motivates, and offers new perspectives.
Kate’s expertise extends beyond sexual empowerment; she also brings over a decade of experience in plant medicine, having completed four medicinal plant dietas in Peru and participated in more than 80 Ayahuasca ceremonies, along with numerous personal and group journeys with Psilocybin, Huachuma, and 5-MeO-DMT. This deep personal transformation led her to develop a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing and integration. As a Somatic Sexologist, Kate uses embodiment practices and nervous system regulation to support deep healing, creating a safe, judgment free and compassionate space for individuals to process insights, and embody lasting change.
Kate brings warmth, authenticity, integrity, and presence to her work, welcoming people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship preferences. She is a professional member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association Australia (SSEAA). Having survived intimate partner domestic violence, Kate is deeply committed to raising awareness of domestic violence, empowering women to leave abusive relationships, and supporting victims and survivors throughout their recovery journey.
