She holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Hofstra University in New York, and a master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her academic foundation is built on a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Panteion University of Athens.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive clinical experience in neuropsychological rehabilitation and assessment. She has worked with patients across diverse settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and private practice. Notably, she has contributed to neuropsychological evaluations of patients with brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries. She has also participated in innovative medical procedures, such as awake brain surgeries, where she played a role in mapping brain functions to aid neurosurgeons.

Currently, she works at the Cancer Foundation in Luxembourg, where she provides psychological support and cognitive rehabilitation to cancer patients, facilitates group counseling sessions, and engages in content writing for the foundation’s magazine, "Info Cancer." Her work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the cognitive and emotional challenges associated with cancer diagnosis.

In March 2023, she founded her private practice “Better Psychology”, offering both online and in-person therapies to individuals and couples seeking emotional support. She also collaborates with companies that provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), focusing on helping clients manage burnout, work-related anxiety, and stress.

In addition to her clinical practice, she is passionate about research and has presented her work at national and international conferences. She has published on topics such as cognitive impairment in multiple sclerosis and cognitive decline related to cancer and its treatments. Fluent in multiple languages, including Greek, English, French, and Spanish, she continues to expand her expertise through specialized training in neuroscience and onco-psychology.
