Justin H. Briggs was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas, USA on October 12th 1984. He attended private elementary school, public high school, and Kansas State University, where he secured a B.A. in Political Science.
He has extensive experience in politics, economics, government, information technology, libraries, and most aspects of writing. He possesses an affinity for the arts and has more ideas than realities. He is curious and cautiously optimistic; dangerous traits. When not reading, writing, or playing with his cat he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
He is no expert in mental health in the clinical sense, but if the mental health field had a school of hard knocks he would likely be the debate team captain. Or smoking under the bleechers.
