A "jill" of all trades, Joslynn Thomas has experience across multiple industries, including corporate, military, film, service, design, and beauty. After spending a decade attempting to fit the status quo - under the influence of an unchanging society amongst greatly changing times - she gained the ultimate wisdom in hindsight: far more importantly than who she was "supposed" to be, was who she had always been.
 
Starting with the very first theory she wrote at 15 - a thought experiment about the brain vs. the mind - her studies naturally evolved to Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Sociology in early college. She later enriched her multi-cultural experiences and network connections with independent research in Philosophy, Spirituality, and Phenomology. Ultimately she gained enough unique perspective and language to curate a practical application of her synthesis, through a process that combined her knowledge and daily lived experience.
 
After six years of personal experimentation and honing her approach, Joslynn streamlined this process for others to move beyond the hustle-and-grind mentality and into a life of intentional living and purpose-driven success.
 
As the founder and CEO of The Legacy Way, Joslynn is building a personal and aspirational mastery institute that empowers individuals to architect their lives on their own terms. Through the LEGACY Mastermind, a year-long, immersive membership experience, she helps participants align their personal characterisitics, regulated environments, and passion and expertise with their Vision, stepping confidently and profitably into their unique authority while simultaneously living to the fullest. The LEGACY Mastermind emphasizes personal mastery with an integrative approach to lifestyle and business development, guiding participants in systemizing their inherent patterns and curating their active practices.
 
Joslynn’s mission is to build a collective of Visionaries who can confidently pilot their own lives while fostering community-oriented collaboration and exchange.
