Jonathan Butler
Mindset Coach and Transformation Architect
Jonathan Butler is a Mindset Architect and Transformation Coach dedicated to helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs and habits. With a deep understanding of neuroscience and 30 years of life experiences, Jonathan’s approach to personal and organizational change leads to transformational and lasting change.
A former high achiever in the corporate world, Jonathan held senior positions in global technology and management consultancies until a mysterious, life-threatening illness in 2014 led him on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. During four years of recovery, he explored the powerful connection between mind and body, learning how controlled thoughts can overcome significant physical challenges.
Inspired by his own experiences, Jonathan founded My Fit Mind, a business offering neuroscience-backed techniques and coaching methods that empower individuals to rewire their minds for success, health, and happiness. As one of the most experienced RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Therapists in the world, he was among the first trained by Marisa Peer and even served as her in-house therapist.
Jonathan’s expertise lies in identifying unhelpful beliefs and architecting and reconstructing better subconscious patterns to support growth and success, ensuring changes are not only effective but sustainable.
He is also the author of Bye-Bye Anxiety: Your 4 Steps to Greater Confidence, Calmness, and Contentment a guide to overcoming anxiety by understanding its root causes. Jonathan’s work has touched countless lives, combining the rigour of neuroscience with the art of coaching, making him a beacon of hope for those seeking meaningful change.
