Jessica Chesterman

Psychotherapist HG, Dip.P

Before transitioning to Psychotherapy, Jessica navigated the demanding world of Corporate Enterprise sales, balancing multi-million-pound targets with raising two children.

Jessica recognizes that workplace stress can be substantial and that traditional workplace mental health approaches often overlook the interconnected nature of our lives. She believes that focusing solely on work-related well-being is insufficient and that a more holistic approach is necessary to address the complexities of mental health in the workplace.

As a Human Givens Ambassador, Jessica advocates for a holistic approach to well-being. Inspired by her personal journey through depression, she believes that understanding our emotional needs is key to living a more fulfilling life and creating a life where you can thrive.

Research has demonstrated that our emotional needs significantly influence our behaviour and by understanding these needs and how they are met in our lives, combined with how our innate resources (our biological templates that we develop throughout our lives), and our cognitive behaviours can support us to meet our needs, then it can put us on the path to creating positive change.

Jessica's private practice, Therapy with Jessica, specialises in brief solution-focused therapy for individuals struggling with depression and relationship issues. She is passionate about making a positive impact and as an Ambassador, is dedicated to promoting Human Givens therapy and helping as many people as possible through her work as a therapist.
