Jeriesha officially became a CEO/Founder in December 2023. She left her corporate job in October 2023 and decide it was time to have more time for her kids and husband again. She missed being able to do everything with them. But she also wanted to help others learn to not get burnt out.
In December she announced JB Virtual-Services. Before JB virtual-Services, she dipped her hand in a little of everything business wise. She needed to find the thing she loved the most. That was organizing chaos.
In the early years, she always knew she was meant to work for herself. But there is a such thing as imposter syndrome. And growing up in a world where people tell you its about who you know to get places, makes it hard. I learned, it is not about who you know. It is about who knows you. Jeriesha strive to network to be sure people knew her. Yes, she works behind the scenes but sometimes in the front is where she is needed most.
