Jennifer Jones is a certified STOTT PILATES® Matwork Instructor, a registered E-RYT 200HR, 500HR Rasa Yoga teacher, and a CNTRD Wellness Meditation teacher. Health and fitness have played a significant role in her life for many years. Diagnosed with scoliosis as a young adult, she experienced major back pain, however through consistent strength training, pilates, and later yoga, she was able to reduce and manage her back pain. Motivated by her journey, Jennifer aims to educate and empower her students and clients by providing them with tools to help themselves - body, mind, and soul - while encouraging them to deeply love and connect with who they are. Her classes are inclusive, creative, fun, and educational. She hopes they leave with a clear understanding of what they are doing, why it is important, and how to apply it to their own body's needs and everyday life. Jennifer is an experienced pilates and yoga teacher with multiple certifications, including specialties in Group Matwork, Core®, Hot Yoga, and Yin Yoga. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and offers continuing education for yoga teachers. When she is not practicing or teaching, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the beach, and caring for her lovely rescue cats.
