Jemma Blythe
Life Coach
Jemma Blythe is a qualified life coach and the founder of Living Imperfectly Perfect Coaching, based in the UK.
Since her late childhood, she cared for her father who had a brain tumour and later died then she went through sexual abuse, which left Jemma with Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Complex PTSD.
She then went to college and was successful in gaining a HND qualification in Computer Science.
Jemma has also been a delegate for the UN Women for the past four years.
Using all her past experiences, Jemma then decided to qualify as a Life Coach back in 2020, then in early 2024 she was featured on several podcasts and founded 'Living Imperfectly Perfect Coaching', she now dedicates her time to empowering Women after trauma by using her techniques which she has successfully developed.
