Jayden Aubryn
Psychotherapist and Consultant
Jayden Aubryn (they/them) is a Black, Indigenous, queer, non-binary, neurodivergent, ethically non-monogamous healer. They are the founder of TISE Consulting and Therapy and co-founder of Chaotic Healing. They are also the host of the Chaotic Healing Podcast on Spotify, content creator for the Chaotic Healing Patreon, author of the Visions for Chaos blog, and manager of the TISE Therapy Scholarship Fund.
They are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Personal Trainer. They received their Bachelor of Psychology at Cleveland State University and their Master of Social Work at University of Kentucky. They also maintain certifications in School Social Work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Integrative Health, Sex Therapy Informed Care, Clinical Trauma, and Trauma-Informed Weightlifting.
Their work experience ranges from clinical work with individuals and families, non-profits, schools, government agencies, dance studios, and more. They continue to work across micro, mezzo, and macro system levels via consulting, developing and implementing systems changes, and individual client work.
To date, Jayden has appeared on over 20 podcasts, developed and presented over 15 different trainings (many of which qualify as continuing education credits for mental health professionals), spoken at numerous conferences and panels internationally, advised multiple government initiatives, and more.
Currently, Jayden is working on conducting research about the mental health benefits of exercise, creating a 30 day course on Twerking for Trauma, and hosting mental health retreats.
