She complemented her academic background in Economics with a Master’s degree and the master thesis on “Brand Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry,” which she further enhanced with training in NLP Practitioner (certified by ABNLP), the London School of Public Relations and numerous other programs.

During her managerial career in marketing and development, she became the first European and Croatian Certified Trainer of the Canfield Methodology. She was trained and certified in the USA personally by Jack Canfield, America’s #1 Success Coach, who has sold over 500 million copies of his books.

Iva Belé is experienced speaker and lecturer, both in Croatian and English. She is delighted to speak at events organized by successful companies for their clients and employees, such as Deloitte, Fujitsu, Nestlé, Electrolux, Sportina... addressing audiences of over 1,000 participants.
