Greg Singleton grew up in a nurturing, middle-class family in Upstate New York, surrounded by the love and support of his parents and three sisters. His mother, a lifelong teacher, and his father, a dedicated social worker, provided a strong foundation of values that shaped his early years. Following the traditional path of education, career, and marriage, he believed that success and happiness were intertwined with external accomplishments.

However, after his marriage unexpectedly ended in divorce, Greg was forced to confront the gap between the life he was living and the deeper sense of fulfillment he was missing. This pivotal moment led him on a journey of intense self-reflection, where he began to dismantle his need for external validation and instead focused on building a life rooted in emotional awareness, mindfulness, and authenticity.

Over time, Greg has transformed his experiences into a powerful coaching framework designed to help others do the same. Drawing from his background in technology and problem-solving, he developed three pillars of personal growth that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
