Estelle Polevoy is a purpose and leadership coach, consultant, and founder of The Aligned Path Company. With nearly a decade of coaching experience and 15 years in organizational development, leadership, and people and culture, she helps high impact, multi-passionate women and leaders leverage their strengths, elevate their careers, and build purposeful paths, all while embracing whole-person success.

A former HR Lead who always craved something bigger, Estelle now empowers clients to thrive in leadership and life without sacrifice. She is also the host of The Aligned Podcast. Her mission is to help others build a legacy doing what they love while making a meaningful impact.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources, certifications in life coaching and NLP, and studies in applied neuroscience, Estelle combines evidence-based research in positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness with holistic tools like shadow work, human design, and nervous system regulation.
