Building an Empire. Of Love.
 
Once upon a time, three women leaders embarked on individual journeys, each feeling intense Love for life in their hearts and increasingly loud calls to step up and be more, offer more, and love more. They did not know how, nor did they know of each other. Every day, they worked separately to cope with demands in time-space. Still, they secretly felt called in their heart space to be connected to the big version of Love - encompassing Love for self, others, and the planet - more of the time, for longer, bringing more Love into the world through their actions.
 
They knew they could contribute more AS Love when communing with others with the same intention. And so, they miraculously got together across three countries, felt a mutual attraction and connection in their bones, and started dreaming of an Empire of Love conquering hearts in the organizational world. If there were to exist one empire in the world, it would have to be one of Love, no? An Empire built on kinship and shared stewardship of each other, our relationship systems, and our planet. An empire where everyone can live their truth, honor their wholeness and oneness with all living beings, and support life.

So, they poured their energies, capabilities, and passions into a sacred cauldron, brewing up a 'stew extraordinaire' to share with leaders worldwide.
 
The fragrance from the magical stew started to reach leaders who were ready to join in deep learning and co-creation. This joining gave life to sacred spaces of self-love and healing, radical care for all living beings, and a joyous awakening to our essential oneness. Leaders could practice living and leading as Love within such spaces, expanding consciousness and capacities to serve their shifting communities and organizations.
 
Finally, the Empire of Love shared cauldrons with magical stew, each a little different, with folks from near and far, cracking hearts and minds open. The Empire of Love kept ever-expanding, transforming lives and communities thanks to all those who felt called to live and lead as Love. This way, humanity could skill up and enrich its consciousness field, and a future befitting all forms of life could emerge. Gaia and her cosmic sisters and brothers smiled.
