Elena has been working in HR and recruitment for over 10 years. Originally she is from Ukraine, and this is the country where she started her career, grew to HR Lead in the top IT companies, and built her own recruitment agency.
 
Elena founded EvoTalents 8 years ago, and since then the company have helped WIX, doxy.me, HiveOs, Sitecore, YouScan, and SparkyBit grow and find talented professionals.
 
EvoTalents is a fully remote technical recruitment agency with 10+ professional and creative recruiters in the team. The company has technical expertise and experience filling various vacancies, even the most difficult ones.
 
At the moment EvoTalents is building its second recruitment Hub in London, to help global product and outsourcing IT companies grow and go through a transformation by hiring extraordinary and talented people for their teams.
Olena Volk is also a co-owner of the school for IT recruiters.
 
The main goal of EvoTalents.School is to promote sourcing and deepen recruiters' knowledge in IT recruitment and sourcing. They were among the first in Ukraine to start developing sourcing as a separate field. EvoTalents. School created the Ukrainian Sourcing Community and many other educational projects. The school's motto is #sharingiscaring!
