As owner and organizer, Dominique has always been a strong believer that less is more. Ask her family they will tell you she is always throwing things away! She loves open space, clear counter, and a place for everything or it's not needed is her mindset. Dominique the purging process because without purging you really can’t get organized and that’s the end goal. Dominique has been a neat freak since she was a kid, neat and tidy locker, backpack and notebooks. She’s always had an organized dresser and closet and room from a young age because of her grandmother but now it all makes sense and has made Dominique who she is today. Dominique studied Fashion Merchandising Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology and at the same time worked in retail since her senior year in high school. She always loved doing visual merchandising in stores, doing the displays and refolding product to make everything looked perfect if only for a few minutes. She also enjoyed helping in stockrooms to make sure everything was organized and easy to find. Dominique believes organization is key in all aspects of life. Dominique always remembers an assignment at FIT, the class had to pick a piece of furniture that best described themself and Dominique wrote a paper about being a filing cabinet, a beautiful rustic modern wooden filing cabinet. A strong statement piece, a beautiful space of art. Dominique said she would be the most beautifully organized file cabinet because everything would be neatly organized, all files color coordinated and labeled to perfection making locating everything so efficient for everyone in the office. That famous what are you passionate about question everyone asks….  for Dominique organizing is therapeutic, she loves that she can see the progress right away, Dominique is all about results and there’s a clear beginning and an end when you hire a professional organizer. The best part for Dominique is that when it's complete she has created something new that someone didn’t know was even possible. Dominique loves when she can have a grand reveal moment, client’s reactions are her favorite part!
