DeShaun’s inspiration for Write Your Way, LLC stems from a profound personal moment. On October 19, 2010, just before his beloved grandfather passed away, he shared a piece of advice that DeShaun has carried with him ever since: “Only you can write the path you’re willing to take.” These words not only shaped DeShaun’s personal philosophy but also became the foundation of his business. Write Your Way, LLC was created to honor his grandfather’s legacy and to ensure that every writer has the opportunity to forge their own path in the literary world.

As an author himself, DeShaun’s book From the Valley to the Summit reflects his views of overcoming adversity, growing through challenges, and rising to new heights. His firsthand experience as an author allows him to connect deeply with his clients and offer insights that go beyond just writing techniques—he focuses on the mindset and determination needed to succeed in the publishing industry.
