Before founding Slyn Consulting, she held senior roles at Intel, where she led multi-billion-dollar operations, managed strategic procurement, and collaborated with top consultants to deliver innovative solutions.

Slyn Consulting also offers private coaching and workshops, with a focus on developing professionals—especially women in high-tech leadership. As a certified Integral Coach, Delia empowers individuals to unlock new opportunities and realize their potential.
