Land Investment Specialist

My careers have always been focused on personal growth, and wealth building. For 30 years I’ve invested in real estate, which yielded 13 residences, 60 rental units and 27 fix n flips. All prosperous with 1 exception, they depreciate, and require a lot of risk, and work. Land, does not do this if you buy it properly. My life mission has always been to fearlessly approach life’s challenges, and opportunities head on. When they said I could NOT, my heart said; I could!!! I live by the saying, "It is us together we make change, and by our differences, we can change the world for the better".

As an entrepreneur at heart, I dove deep into the Hair Design industry for 25 years, and treated it as a passion as well as a business where I focused on my clients personalities, styles and best features to design the best looks that suited them. I achieved the Status of Art Team member/ Ambassador for Toni and Guy, and color expert/educator for Shwarzkopf Color. During this I created AMLAVI, an all-natural bath and body line of 95 products from 2000- 2017,as I realized you couldn’t find products that were clean and free of toxic ingredients that actually gave the results I was seeking. I also created a real estate development division where as mentioned prior, I owned, managed, and maintained 60 rental units, and designed, and rehabilitated over 27 Fix and Flips from 1994 to 2017.

In 2000 we adopted a child to give him a chance, as the idea of a child growing up without someone to show them love was an unbearable idea for me. In 2006 I was introduced to Land Banking/ Investment in So. California, and purchased my first two parcels. I saw this 1st hand as a child growing up in Orange Co./ Irvine area in the 1970's to 80's, where huge fortunes were made by land owners, that sold to developers, and I swore that someday I would do this as well. I wrote a children's story called "Iris and her Amazing Garden", Illustrated by Judy Cole, and self-published it in 2008. As if that wasn’t enough: From 2000-2017, I began the restoration project on my new residence, a historic 11,000 sqft mansion in Quality Hill, in Denver Co, and I turned it back to a home from an office building, as I believe historic neigborhoods are the jewels of a city, and too often we forget this in the name of re-development. In 2009, I joined the Velur land investment company and became a CA Real Estate Agent.

After 2 years I was certified as an expert in Land Banking, and realized I was making more money, and wealth doing it part-time than my other businesses combined, and without all the stresst, so I retired, and jumped into land full time. I sold my mansion/home in Denver, moved back to California and 1031 exchanged my rental properties into more parcels of land. I don't just show othes how to invest it land, It is safe to say, I am a investor as well, and personally control 25 parcels of prime land, in the fastest growing areas of the So. California area equally over 400 acres. This increases every year, and I know my famiy's legacy is secure, and will florish. My mission has always been to make the world more beautiful, help others to manifest, and realize their dreams, to fearlessly charge towards their goals, and surround themselves with likeminded people who selflessly strive to do the same for others, as it is said, "It is together, and by our differences, that we can change the world for the better".
