Cordelia Gaffar is a globally sought-after Joy-bonding Consultant and movement facilitator, a four-time best-selling author of eight books and two time award-winning host of her podcast, The Free to Be Show.
As a personal practice of seeking sustainable self-nurturing, she is certified in Sports Nutrition, Holistic Healing, Somatic Movement, studied tantra for a few years and currently study somatic sexology with upcoming certifications in Authentic Consent and EroSomatic Touch.
