I started advocating for the innate power that our bodies have to come back to homeostasis at a very young age, and showed my reverence toward everything Nature-related by initiating campaigns against plastic or foil in school.

I worked along Jane Goodall to defend animals' rights, and I am currently the Board Director of several nonprofits that advocate for women's equity.

I studied Psychology in Barcelona and graduated from a double Master's in Research in Neuroscience and Primatology. I also hold a Postgraduate Degree in Integrative Nutrition, and in several healing modalities, among which I highlight having trained with Stephen Porges, the author of Polyvagal Theory; Daniel Siegel, the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute, and author of several bestsellers on Interpersonal Neurobiology; and Peter Levine, the developer of Somatic Experiencing®, among others.
 
I also studied Ancient Medicine and Yoga philosophy under renowned gurus during the time I lived in Bali.
