Clara’s career has spanned clinical psychology, talent development, and corporate leadership. She has worked as Head of Product Development at a major HR consulting firm and served as Regional Head of HR for a global company, spearheading cultural and organizational transformation. Her leadership in talent strategy, competency assessment, and career design continues to shape professionals worldwide.

Beyond coaching, Clara is passionate about mentoring women shifting their careers worldwide. Her love for animals sees her volunteering her time at local rescue centres. Now based in Dublin, Ireland, she finds joy in creating textile art, gardening, and nurturing her latest project—an apple tree grown from seed.

With a BA in Psychology, an MBA in HR & Marketing, and an MS in Psychology and Psychosomatics, Clara is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
