Chris Cardone, principal owner of Continuous Beverage Solutions, brings over 24 years of expertise in bartending, hospitality, and nightlife. He has trained staff, opened venues, and consulted for various establishments, from neighborhood pubs to high-end restaurants across New York. His roles include serving as Chief Mixologist for Via Carota Craft Cocktails and consulting on multiple bar and restaurant openings in NYC and Long Island.

In 2017, Chris was named Bartender of the Year after winning the Diageo World Class Bartending US Competition, placing 5th globally. Since 2018, he has served as a judge for the competition. His skills have been showcased in the Epicurious "12 Bartenders" series, and he has collaborated on projects like Astreaus Single Malt Gin. He also leads "healthy mixology" education with Exubrancy and contributes to DiageoBarAcademy.com. His work has been featured in the New York Times, Newsday, and Chilled Magazine.

In 2015, Chris took a year-long break from alcohol, recognizing how his drinking habits were negatively impacting his life. As a bartender from a young age, he thought heavy drinking was key to his image and success. However, after nine months sober, he realized quitting was the best choice for his personal and professional growth. This experience highlighted the lack of non-alcoholic options in bars and the skepticism toward a sober bartender. Inspired by this, Chris launched Continuous Beverage Solutions, a platform to educate, empower, and inspire people to make informed decisions about their drinking while promoting inclusivity for all choices.
