With 15 years of HR expertise and roots in an Indian Army family, along with training in the National Cadet Corps, Chiral's journey is a testament to the power of resilience and human connection.
She inspires individuals through coaching, captivating events, compelling speeches, and insightful interviews, encouraging them to live life to the fullest and to reach their full potential, leading to a happier and more fulfilled life. Her autobiography, "Chiral: A Soldier," is a beacon of hope, drawing from her extensive experiences and unwavering commitment to purposeful living.
Beyond coaching, Chiral unleashes her creativity by directing music videos and crafting heartfelt speeches for her public speaking gigs. Additionally, she is the writer of an award-winning Bollywood short film released in November 2022, titled “Yahi hai lamha” (This is the moment).
