-Chelsey decided to take things online once Covid hit and start two groups online for support so people can go to them to build community and find connection. Since then things have grown, and she was recently featured in Advnture Magazine as their expert speaker.
All of this started because of the changes she made with her life in 2015. Everything stopped when I put the “plug in the jug” and stopped numbing and escaping life.
She thinks of this as her biggest victory and lifestyle change and makes the choice every day to face challenges head on and stay in the solution.
She wants to send the message to the world that there is always light in your darkest night.
